Job Description
As an Associate Customer Service at Sutherland, you will be the first point of contact for Amazon customers reaching out for help with their orders, accounts, or queries. Your primary responsibility is to ensure every customer leaves the interaction satisfied.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Handling customer queries and requests through inbound voice calls
- Resolving issues related to Amazon orders, deliveries, returns, and accounts
- Meeting monthly customer satisfaction (CSAT) and productivity targets
- Following data security policies and non-disclosure agreements at all times
- Completing upskilling modules and e-learning courses as required by the programme
- Attending regular coaching and feedback sessions
- Maintaining 100% schedule adherence and contributing to reducing absenteeism
Eligibility Criteria
Before you apply, make sure you meet the following requirements:
- Education: Any full-time HSC / UG / PG Graduate — Arts, Science, Commerce, Engineering, Pharma, MBA, or MCA
- Batch: 2025 pass-outs are eligible to apply
- Language: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are required
- Skills: Good analytical and typing skills
- Shift Flexibility: Must be willing to work rotational shifts including night shifts
- Location: Candidates must reside within 25 km of the Kochi office
Work Schedule & Perks
- Working Hours: 8 hours of work + 1 hour break per day
- Working Days: 5 to 6 days per week
